The main purpose of a site clearance is to remove existing material including stone, rubble, concrete, vegetation, waste and, most importantly, the surface layer of soil referred to as topsoil. It is necessary to remove this layer of soil, as it is unsuitable to build on.
However in depth and to what stage you require a site clearance to be we are happy to provide an on site consultation with a free quote.
There are many options to minimise and re-use left over materials utilising on-site recycling, as well as leaving the site in a ready state for building or its next purpose.

Not all site clearances require the use of crushers or breaking down aggregates. Forestry Clearance is mostly excluded in this and a service that mainly requires the upheaval of trees, scrub and vegetation.
